"The Paper Chase" series
As a post-script to my previous complaints on "The Paper Chase" dvds we ordered from this company, the crowning frustration: the last dvd of the series which should have carried the series finale was found to be a repeat of a previous disc. So no ending to the story and no finding "how it all turned out". Someone else I believe had the same complaint about this company on another series--one could almost believe they do it on purpose!

Poor quality of dics in "BOY MEETS WORLD" Collection
I ordered a "Boy Meets World" DVD collection for Christmas-it arrived mid to late January. It came in a video sore type case, w/loose dvd's, numbered by pen. The quality of the discs is terrible-some completely unwatchable. I have emailed them 3 times( per their contact instructions) and have not heard back yet. There is no address or phone# listed on the packing list or the website. Had I known about all the complaints of this site, I never would have purchased anything from them [email protected] |

Complete disappointment
I am disappointed that I did not find out the information, which everyone has submitted, before ordering from this website. I received a dvd that I did not order. Turns out my package arrived from China and now I have no idea where to return the wrong dvd's for the correct ones.
However, after reading all the problems with this site, I am doubtful that I will have a satisfactory outcome.
So I am moving on to find the DVD's I want with much more knowledge about researching a company and trusting the seller.
This site is not worth the chance...too bad we can't cover all the sites which this company may be using.

FRAUD ON ALL LEVELS
On January 3rd, 2009 I purchased the Little House On A Prairie collection and received it almost 15 days later. When I opened the box, the collection was nothing close to an original. It was kept in a VHS tape box, the dvd's were numbered in pen writing and the quality of it were older than what your grandma would remember. The whole thing from the beginning were bootleg copies, like ones I can make myself. I contacted them immediately. I messaged the site twice, emailed three times, called 2 different numbers several times and I do not get one clue of answers and getting my money back. I'll follow what the other person did and call my credit card company and contact all that's affiliated with that fraudulent business.

bad product
i ordered a set of the rifleman tv shows on dvds. when i got them every other one could not be watched'or heard. i have e-mailed them many times and have even called them but no respond from them . all i want is the product i paid for ' which by the way was almost 100.00 dollars.the phone number is the same as above, thank you for me rant. i should have checked it out more than i did.thank you, lou davis

Do you get it now? Never, ever trade with these pirates. The DVD's are cheap knockoffs that are shipped from China. DO NOT BE FOOLED by a fancy website, they have nothing you want and will not respond to any effort you make to contact them. Except of course charging your credit card. I made the same mistake!!

Charged for nothing
I had also ordered DVD sets from this company and received an email back that my credit card did not go thru so it was listed as a DECLINED order but my credit card still was charged $230.71. I have emailed them 6 times and still no responce. I went to my bank and received a phone number from the charge only to find that it went to a personal voice mail. This company is a real rip off and they need to have charges brought up against them. NEVER do buisness with TVDVDMania.com because you will be taken. I even had to cancel my credit card number so they wouldn't charge me again. What a hassle.

no refund
Third posting. Today I learned of a new agency in Canada to file a complaint about TVDVDMania. It is www.phonebusters.com They turn complaints over to law enforcement agencies. I have emailed TVDVDMania every day since receiving defective box set collection, Cheyenne requesting an address to return defective merchandise. They do not respond to my emails. I hope other will take the time to file complaints, so something can be done about this website. I have copies of all emails which will be sent to my credit card co. M.torget

False advertising
After receiving the Bonanza DVD Collection I was very disappointed to learn the not only are not all the episodes there but some are of the poorest quality or screwed up at the end. In the end I called them to get a refund.

Only 2 of the DVD's i ordered worked
I ordered the show Boston Public for a Christmas gift Dec. 23 2008 i recieved my dvd's January 15 2009 the first dvd and the last dvd worked the rest of them had commercials, they skiped, and some did not work at all. I e-mailed the company 5 times and i want to send them back before my 30 days is up. I do not have an address or phone number to contact them. I am very upset and angry I want my money back it was with shipping $77 dollars.
