False Advertising, bad merchandise
My daughter loves Everwood, but I only find season one in the stores. I found TVDVD Mania website advertised brand new all 4 seasons of Everwood. Ordered them in November 2008 didn't received them until Christmas Eve 2008. The quality is horrible. Some espoides the sound is before the lips move. Some espoides the sound it is like it's they're talking under water. All the espoides the picture is blurry and the station logo appears on some. They charge me $70.00 I'm reporting this company to the BBB they're a rip off!

FRAUD
Ordered dvd set from these folks. Charged my card, yet no product, no return emails, no calls...nothing. Investigated their name further on web and...I am not alone. What a rip off.
Called credit card company, stopped payment, and turned their butt in.
Stay clear of these @##&*%*^!

DVDs' that do not work
TVDVDMANIA.com advertised Hart to Hart, all episodes from all the seasons, for $69.99, plus shipping. The price sounded great for 5 seasons and "movies" that followed the end of the last season. I paid almost $80.00 for all the discs.
I received the discs, and NONE OF THEM WILL WORK PROPERLY! I am so disappointed. They will play about 5 minutes, and freeze up. I have tried every disc, of which there are many, and NONE of them will play for very long.
Also you can not go from one episode to another, its absolutely ridiculous. Not one disc will work out of 5 seasons of discs.
I have tried to email TVDVDMANIA three times, and guess what, I get no reply.
I hope I save somone else the disappointment of this happening to you. In this day and time $80.00 is a lot of money to
be so disappointed in a purchase. Many of these DVDs' have "Hallmark Channel" in the corner, where this company has recorded them from Hallmark, and sold them.
BEWARE! Don't fall for their scam!

Ripped off for $133.00
I purchased 2 dvd sets from tvdvdmania.com. To start off with I only recieved one set and never the other one. The one set that I did get was of the very poorest quality. some disc didn't even play and the ones that did skipped and the picture was so blurry you couldn't even watch it. There is no return address so i can't send then back even thought the website says you can send then back for a refund. I can't even log into the website. but before I reveived my set I could and get status information. this website and company is a scam so watch out do not buy anything.

missing dvds
hi i ordered the limited edition box set of little house on the prairie as a christmas gift, on november 22 they took my money on the 23november $115.95 i am disgusted as i havent received a reply to any of my emails other than the one to say they accepted my order.

PIRATE VIDEO PASSING OFF AS NEW
Please be aware that the TVDVDMANIA.COM and WWW.TVSHOWMONSTER.COM are total scams. They claim that they offer the cheapest dvds stating that they are new etc., etc. only when you receive your order, they are copies from whatever tv network had broadcasted them. They offer a return service if the product is "unsatisfactory" but when you send an email asking for a return address, they refuse to anwer any of your emails.
After searching the internet, I have discovered that this company is based in Canada but they distribute the dvds from China.
