I recently ordered a DVD series from this internet operation, with a promise of an unconditional full refund within 30 days. I received the product from China through the U.S. Express Mail Service with an incomplete return address. The DVDs are defective - won't play on any system - and were clearly pirated copies, not 100% original as indicated in the web site. When I contacted the company and requested a refund, the initial response was to advise that what I had received was, in fact, a Collectors/Fan version (translated to pirated), not noted anywhere in their web site. They said they would provide an address for me to return the product, but no further correspondence was received and, of course, there is no phone number or address to further contact them. My credit card will credit the charge only after I return the item - and their is no return address!
