After having my "murder she wrote" series on back order for months, i emailed the company and told them if they were unable to supply the order, i would take my business else-where. I had my dvd's within one week. The dvd's were:

boot-legged-- taped from the biography channel
had commercials
many disks "skipped" or got "stuck"
5 disks were blank

When i called the company, they had no record of my order. I emailed them 2 more times and have not received a response. I have contact my credit card company, the better business bureau and the police department.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE... THEY ARE SCAMMING AND DELIVERING FRAUDULENT MATERIAL!!!

If you receive defective products from the company make sure you file a dispute with your credit card company. My visa card with bank of america gave me a credit for the full amount. You may be able to file a dispute with your bank if you used your debut card, but I'm not sure. It's worth a try!!!

ORDERED Get Smart dvd series got discs that don't work other series gunsmoke, murder she wrote, spenser, leave it to beaver and others that don't even play. Phone number doesn't work neither does email.

I purchased a set of the Gene Autry Show and Wagon Train both sets where very poorly packaged (only in a padded bag) cases broken, etc in the case of Wagon Train, poor quality dvds which where all over the place in the bag disc 1 had episode 4 - 6 first show unwatchable.

The Gene Autry dvds are fine to watch but have adds at the bottom of the screen for other shows that i have seen advertised on the tvdvdworld website. This group charged an exorbinate amount for postage ($59)which should have guaranteed at least safe postage. They also debited my card twice for the Gene Autry set but after many emails, most of which did not go through they did have the courtesy of refunding the 2nd debit. But with the general poor quality of the shows would like to see these people out of business.

The complaint i would like to make is against TVDVDWorld which operates out of Canada as far as i can find out. I ordered a set of The Gene Autry Show and Wagon Train which where pirated from a tv station over in USA. They arrived only in a padded post bag and in the case of the Gene Autry set a couple of the outer cases where broken and one look at the in signature star and writing was wrong. The Wagon Train set arrived yesterday and where in a worse condition with cases broken, dvds scattered through the bag and not in order and the first couple of stories almost unwatchable and they do have adds. I have been in touch with the www.autry.com Vice president Karla Buhlman Gene Autry internment and they have the RCMP involved in trying to close these people down. I hope that this is want you want even if i am from country Australia.
