I have recently ordered the felicity box set and received close to what was stated on the website. I was supposed to receive four boxes but only received three and when they shipped it from Canada they sent it in a paper mail bag, which resulted in one of the boxes being crushed but there was significant damage to the plastic film on the box which had to have occurred BEFORE mailing. Also when i started watching the shows some dvds would stop mid episode and freeze my dvd player. When looking closely at the side where the film is written on to (the shiny side) only parts of some dvds were actually fully burnt. This means that for the 100 US dollars i spent on this product which i believed was from a real company i got 15 episodes less than what i should have. Makes watching a tv series pretty stupid.

BE WARNED please check the site and net for company complaints before you buy as if i had seen this site i definitely would not have bought this product.

In the middle of November I ordered DVD's from this company. They took the money from my bank account within half an hour and I am still waiting for the product that was a Christmas gift. They will not respond to my e-mails and the phone is off the hook so you can't get through to them. Also right after that I had a series of "unauthorized" purchases charged to my bank account to the tune of about a grand. Not sure if they sold my bank account # to someone or not but the police are involved. Would never recommend this company to anyone other than the cops.

I am so Angry and furiously disgusted with TVDVDWORLD, I scarcely know where to begin but before I do give my testimony Let me first declare that the evil people at TVDVDWORLD who have been comitting pre-meditated and deliberately calculated grand larceny against so many decent and honest, legitimately paying customers-including myself, are indeed without a shadow of a doubt, pure and absolute criminals in the truest sense of the word; CRIMINAL and it's most literal and undebatable definition, given the testimony of so many unsatisfied customers that paid out good, honest hard earned money and recieved absolute CRAP in return by these sinister and scheming, blatantly dis-honest, diabolical pirate criminals!!! Back in May of this year; (May 2008) -I purchased from TVDVDWORLD via the internet; HAWAII 5-0 The Complete Series for $88.18 and after an inconvenient and delayed span of time, TVDVDWORLD did send me the television series; HAWAII 5-0 on 29 dvd's but this version of what I purchased was COMPLETELY PATHETIC and RIDICULOUSLY UNACCEPTABLE to say the very least!!! I have managed to watch nearly all of the 284 episodes on this attrociously unacceptable version of HAWAII 5-0 that TVDVDWORLD sent to me, and many, many, many of these episodes amount to nothing more than extremely poor, poor-very poor quality and totally mal-functioning episodes with paralyzing and digitally epileptic frozen malformed and totally distorted scenes of HAWAII 5-0 recorded on vomit quality cheap skinflint pathetic dvds. Many of these dvds do not even work and still several others do not even have HAWAII 5-0 on them, but rather have flashes of the Simpsons and other cartoons. Even still-other dvds in this set are clearly recorded off of network television because they are visually and audibly earmarked by network station identification. I have never in my 46 years of existance upon this Earth, have ever been ripped off this badly by such evil thieves!!! I know all to well that in unproffessional, criminal catastrophies such as this, when evil diabolical scoundrels like the criminally corrupt hoodlums at TVDVDWORLD rip so many mutitudes of people off in deliberatly calculated mass agenda like this, unsatified customers like myself and so many others arrive at the monumentally unfair conclusion of being irreversably ripped off with no fair restitution and no return of our money. Somehow I am not really surprised at any of this because if there is anything at all that totally and completely epitomizes the anarchaic, greedy, dis-honest and integrity-less times that we live in here in the United States, now at the present time, it is scenarios exactly like this one!!!In closing let me state infatically and uncompimisingly to the people at TVDVDWORLD that yous are indeed the malignant diabolical viral scourge of criminal disease that is rapidly flushing this country down the sewer-probably forever;I REST MY CASE!!!

I bought the series of the Nanny was charged over $100.00 only got series 1-3 sent an email the girl from customer service called got ugly with me told me to watch them might have all of the series on them they look like they are MADE up--it is not the original it is only 1-3 so I got back in touch with them they said they would credit my acct to wait on a UPS return slip have not seen it this has been since 6/4/08 and I have resubmitted this again you cant get anyone!! DONT BUY FROM THEM go to ch.dvd they are GOOD.

I ordered the complete series of 'Hunter' and 'The Nanny' a few months back and keep getting the backordered email. Unlike some, I have not been charged... yet. But after reading these comments, I am going to get in touch with my bank ASAP. I haven't received the discs but cannot contact them through e-mail to cancel the order. The link on the email to cancel the order doesn't work either.

And I can't believe they are still in operation.
