Please do not buy videos from this company. they are a big rip off.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered the Third Watch Series - package arrived and same as everyone else, the dvds are all home recordings, scratched and covered in dirty fingerprints!

I recently bought Inspector Gadget the complete series from these guys but I didn't get the complete series. It was supposed to have 18 disks with all 86 episodes but all they sent was 6 disks. About eight or nine of the same episodes were on the disks twice. I wound up getting about 50 episodes instead of 86. These shows were recorded from a TV also but that really doesn't matter to me. You should not order from this place. You also shouldn't order from Tvaddicts.tv either. I recently found out on the internet that they jip people too.

Paid £92 for Cannon series. The quality is poor, some discs are blank, some are duplicates. They have been recorded off the television which i'm sure is illegal. Company cannot be connected via e mail, live support or phone.

One thing i will say if you've paid by credit card it may be possible to get your money back. Check with your credit card company.

I was searching for old sitcoms on line when I came across TVDVDWorld.tv on line. Their ads stated that they had complete series of Father Knows Best and complete seasons of That Girl. I placed my order for complete seasons of both shows. My order was placed on May 27, 08. From the date of order I begin receiving emails stating that both programs were on back order. I received these emails every single day. The emails were all exactly alike every day . Then on June 25, o8 I received an email stating that they were unable to authorize my credit card and for me to place my order again using another credit card. Which I did not do. I didn't even contact them at all after receiving this email. I just thought that I would not reorder. This email was sent at 11:15 AM on the above date. On that same date I received a second email at 2:25 PM stating that my credit card had been sucessfully processed. Again on that same date at 2:25 PM I received a third email stating that my order had been shipped. as of this date July 10, 08 I have not received my order. There was a link in this email where I could go and track my order but I have gone on that web site every day to track my order and there is no information available except that the order was received at a post office at Monteal QC on July 2nd. Also, I want to add that TVDVDWorld charged me a whopping $28.79 shipping fee which cleared my bank on June 27, 08. Not only that they also took an additional separate charge of $5.90 without my knowledge and without my authorization. I did call TVDVDWorld at the toll free number countless number of times and I received no answer. Finally, I dialed the number and placed my phone on speaker phone finally after about half an hour they picked up the phone. They could not or would not tell me any information about TVDVDWorld and they were rude when I confronted them about the $5.90 they took from my bank telling me that they were not the ones who made that charge and told me to call my bank and ask them. When I told them that I had already called my bank and that they had said that the charges had originated form TVDVDWorld and that they had given me a transaction number she rudely stated again that I was mistaken and that they had not made that charge. She would not listen when I told her again that I had already confirmed with my bank that the charge originated from them. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They Are Frauds. I still haven't received my order.
