Pure criminals
I put an order which errored and I was asked to order again. Both orders were then processed! I received 1 parcel which contained ... crap. Pirate copies, half will not load and it's miserable below-VHS quality TV ripoff. Mails to them error and the phone is never picked up. Scam scam scam! Pure criminals.

Waste of time and money
I ordered the box sets of Third Watch about 3 months ago. After waiting 6 weeks for the product to be delivered I then had further dissapointment when I found that discs would not load & the majority of what I was able to watch was complete crap. With parts of episodes chopped off or the sound was out of sync with the picture or the "quality" of the picture was so bad I got headaches trying to watch it. I've already sent these clowns 2 'itemised' emails explaining the problems I had with my order & I have still HAD NO REPLY! All I want to do is send back their discs & get a refund, however they won't reply to me with a code number so I can send this crap back. They supposedly welcome customer contact if there is a problem with purchases, but they sure as hell don't respond to it. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!!!

Con artists
This is a really shaky outfit. I ordered an old TV show I couldn't find anywhere else. After a couple of automated email responses saying my credit card was rejected, I thought "fine - I'll just not respond and they'll cancel the order" (their web page alone should give anyone 2nd thoughts). About a week later I got another email (actually I started getting about 6 identical emails a day) saying my order was on backorder. I sent them several emails telling them NO - cancel the order, never received a response and their automated emailer kept flooding my inbox daily with the same identical message regarding the backorder. I was fortunate, I instructed my credit card company to not accept the charge and they dutifully charged back the amount. About 2 months later, the DVD's suddenly arrived, and I'll absolutely agree with the other comments here - they are CRAP!! Just recorded off a VCR - I guess I'm lucky, at least they played. I sent them an email asking for return shipping instructions but have never heard back from them. And don't waste your time calling their "customer service" number - no one will ever answer it.

Rip off
I ordered a series from this "company" and 10 of the 36 disc would not even start to play. I haven't a clue if all of the remaining will play. They will not answer email or telephone calls. Stopped payment with the credit card company and now must go and deal with all of that.

Unfortunate experience
I have had the same unfortunate experience as the rest of you. I made a pretty substatntial order, and I received nothing but lies, and false emails about it being on back order. But, I went to LAWSCHOOL; therefore, I will make it a personal project to take care of this miserable company!!!

Rip off
Hi my name is Kevin, my wife and I are both JAG fans and have bean trying to get hold of the complete dvd set for some time. This was proving to be a life time acheivement for us because we live in England. We have only got season two on the shop shelves so far. So we trawled the internet to find out if we could get it any quicker, so imagine our delight when we came accross tvdvdworld and found they had all ten seasons for $138.99 plus postage and packing $59.99, a bargain we thought so we sent for it. When the package arrived it was in a pretty poor state, the jiffy bag was too big and it looked like someone had played ball with it, three discs were broken, and when I checked through even further I found that I had some duplicates, out of 41 discs 8 are no good to me. Needless to say my wife & I are very dissappointed, it's not just the money that you loose it's faith in mankind, why is it that so many people are just out to make fast buck and don't give a damn who they hurt in the process.

Worst company ever
This company is the worst! They strung me along for almost six weeks by saying that my DVDs were on backorder, then suddenly they cancel my order. No notice, no nothing.
Do NOT purchase from these guys.

Ordering something from these guys is frightening. They sent me an e-mail confirming my purchase, never charged my card and then l reordered and they did the same thing.No harm no foul?well they have my credit card number. When l called their number l spoke to three Indians that barely speak English.

Waste of money
Why are these people allowed to continue to do business? It appears that they are a bunch of crooks. I placed an order for a box set in Dec. 2007 and was charged, but no DVD's. I too received the back order emails, and when I tried to call the customer service #, it does not even attempt to ring. I also sent an email to inquire about the status of my order and have heard nothing. What a waste of my money, and they have my credit card info!!

Terrible everything
I ordered the TV series combat. At first I was told they were on back order as well. I kept calling and calling and finally they send me the entire collection. I started to view the dvd's and approximately 70% will not work. I have three dvd players and these disks will not work. I have tried emailing and their IM feature but no response... and of course there is no phone number... Does any one have a phone number to call.
