Bunch of liars
This business is filled with nothing but LIARS. I ordered a set of ADAM 12 DVD's on April 2, and all I got were E-Mails stating that it was on "BACKORDER" I called th 800 number last Sunday to CANCEL it and was still receiving the E-Mail. So I called again Tuesday Night and they said they would send me an E-Mail stating that it had been canceled. What I got was the E-Mail stating that it was on "BACKORDER" THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS.

Avoid them
I ordered a box set and got an email to say it was on back order. Decided to cancel-they didn't reply. the item was sent on out. Bad copies and I have tried to contact them to send the items back and have had no response in email or by phone. Avoid this company at all costs! I am going to try and take this further. I'm so annoyed I didn't release this before hand.

Unauthorized billing
Purchased a DVD, almost immediately received an email stating the profuct was on backorder. Decided I didn't want to wait for the product, so I followed the Cancel and refund my credit card link. The page was blank! After about five more emails with the same message, I contacted the phone number listed on all of their correspondence. I got a human being who processed my cancellation. Within 12 hours I had 3 more emails stating that my product was backordered.
At this point, I am worried that they are still intending on charging my credit card for an item that I have canceled, or that the first person did not cancel my order. I call the number again to ensure the cancellation. I was assured that the order had been cancelled.
Since then I have received at least two emails a day from them, again the same line...Your item is backordered.

Scam artists
I ordered dvds from this company and boy were we had. scratched dvds, poor quality and recorded from tv. they came complete with adds. i've tried several times to email them only to get no reply. something should be done about companies like this.but what can i do, i'm in australia and by the packaging, this company is in canada. if your thinking in buying dvds from this mob, DON'T. 1 VERY ANNOYED CONSUMER.

Useless company
I like many of you saw an ad for a TV series that I wanted to purchase. I placed my order only to start receiving emails that the dvd was not in stock and that the order was back ordered. So I thought ok, this company is very efficient...WRONG! I get at least 5 of these emails each day. I investigated further as to the availability of Crossing Jordan and find it won't even be released until late May. So the next back order I mail that came in I click on the cancel option button with brings up a blank screen. USELESS! So then I email them directly to cancel the order about 10 times with no response. this week I have made 5 calls to them and after waiting for someone to pick up have tried to cancel the order. First it was customer service people and then a so called supervisor by the name of Jewel told me the order would be canceled. Now I have just received an email letting me know they can't get my credit card to go through...THEY ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY.
I have now just called again and spoke with Jewel, she assured me it was another mistake and I would be sent a cancellation notice...NOT!!! She would not tell me what town they are located in because they are not allowed to give out personal information. I bet she could tell me because they are not in Florida, but in some third world dirt shack. Everyone speaks with an accent, don't tell me they are in the US. WHAT A SCAM.

Took my credit card number
They took my credit card number and did not ship anything. They sent a few emails claiming it was on backorder, but then the emails stopped and they never shipped anything. They still have my credit card number.

Rip off
My order of 8 DVD's in two cases arrived in a paper jiffy bag. One DVD, severely scratched was just floating around in its case not having a cradle in which to be secured. The other case was split across the top edge and 2 DVD's within are scratched even though they are secure within their cradles. It is advertised as containing 151 tv programs but they only run up to 69. Their e-mail addresses are not deliverable to even after many attempts. This jolly jape has cost me $153.98 and I live in the UK. I guess there's one born every minute.

online order
I ordered a complete series of an old TV show in August 2008. I never received them. I kept getting emails that it was backordered and would be in about 4 to 7 days. I kept trying to call the number listed on the emails but it is not a good number. I tried the email address but received no response. These people are a ripoff.

Bad Quality
When I ordered the DVD set "What I Like About You" it was supposed to be all the seasons a complete set. I received them a few months ago and when I tried to watch disc #4 it would not scan at all so I did watch the other discs. When I got to the last disc in the box disc #9 the last episode on the disc stoped at 1:45 and would not play. I have seen the entire show and series finally (when it was on tv) and I know I am missing several shows. These discs had very poor quality I was looking for perfeshional quality. I already had the first season that I bought from a store in our town, but I wanted all the seasons. I would love to have the entire show with perfeshional quality so I can pull out a disc and watch a few shows at a time ever so often. I love this show it is one of very few shows that makes me laugh so you can imagine my disapointment. I could have taped the show myself and I would have done a better job. I can't believe I bought dvd's that were just taped off of tv. I get better quality when I watch it on Direct Tv. I think I should be given my money back or get a perfeshional copy of the dvd set.

bad discs
I ordered a complete set of "Lovejoy" a show about an antique dealer in England.
The 28 discs arrived in a damaged package but all 28 discs were present so I kept them. I have now found that several discs are incomplete. also one disc has the same show twice. Another disc is supposed to have two parts and one part, the second, is shown twice with no part one.
I want to have all these discs but cannot contact the supplier directly.
I would like to have a complete correct set of the Lovejoy episodes.
