I ordered the Perry Mason 1st season dvd series and another one, they send me daily e-mails saying that items are not in stock yet, that my credit card is not yet debited.
I immediately posted a complaint regarding the shipping fee of $ 59.95. My e-mails are returned undelivered.
Cannot contact them.
The matter started bothering me seriously.
When I started researching about this company, I found out that I was not the only one who had problems with them.
Why are they not closed yet ?
Does anyone know who is hosting this website ?

They charged $150 dlls. for the complete series of Dynasty. What they sent was not worth more than $10 dlls. Incomplete and bad copíes. It is a big fraud.

I ORDERED THE COMPLETE 10 SEASON SET OF BEVERLY HILLS 90210. JUNK THAT IS WHAT IT WAS. ALL BOOT LEGGED HOMEMADE DVD's THEY WERE MISS NUMBERED, SOME UNPLAYABLE, SOME BLANK, SOME EVEN HAD MAGNUM P.I. ON THEM. CASES WERE BROKEN, SOME THE VOLUME WAS SO LOW YOU COULDN'T HEAR A THING AND THE VIDEO WAS ALL FUZZY WITH FOX, FX OR SOME OTHER LOGO IN THE BOTTOM CORNER. JUNK JUNK JUNK

Order Nam - Tour of Duty DVD set for $189.99 (incl P&P) ON 27th July. Had email back to advise that my credit cardcould not be processed and to try again. I did, thinking I had entered something wrong and re-emailed my order. Same thing happened, so I was going to check with my credit card company to see what the problem was - I then recieve another email saying the goods were out of stock anyway but would be placed on back order and my card would not be charged until the order was completed - strange I thought, as they had already advised my credit card could not be processed. Then 2 more emails on the 28th July saying now 2 orders had been process completed. Then straight away 2 more emails stating that both orders had been shipped (damn quick back order) - and why 2 orders still.
Numerous emails to them to cancel second orderhave been returned undelivered, there 1-800 number has no ring tone or no answe (suprise suprise), no contact address - and guess what, my credit card have confimred there was never a rejection to my payments and 2 sums of monies had been taken - Now going through VISA legal department and tracking local poilce to sort this out - but not holding my breath.

Having read all these other complaints it seems my DVD'S will either never arrive or will arrive in poor condition, parts missing and / or poor quality (most likely pirated)

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS -

I've order three child hood cartoons like Transformers Animated Collection, G.I. JOE Animated Collection and Mighty Max Animated Collection. One of them arrived today July 28, 2008. Three dvds cases and 15 dvds total but supposed to have 13 instead well one of the cases was damage and 4 dvds don't play at all and one of them is a repeat disc. I tried calling and e-mailing no responded sad to say there two more disappointments on the way. SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!PLEASE TRY SOME WHERE ELSE...
