Awful company
July 10 2009 order june 7 2009 never received x-files series 1-9 after 10day i knew i got taken by this company. Contacted credit company to dispute charge for no merchandise. plus cancel my credit account also. not taking any chances with this company having any info.. do not use !!! if you have contact your credit card company fast and do the same as me.

Lack of customer service
In Early June We ordered a set of videos that have yet to be delivered ( they readily took a credit on our credit card). This company (headquartered in the Netherland Antilles os be VERY Careful ) has not responded to ANY of our numerous requests for information.
I would be VERY cautious and suspect in doing any business with these people.

Ordered some DVDs as a birthday present & have never recieved them
Ordered some DVDs as a birthday present & have never recieved them even though i have paid for them!!! I have sent countless emails to this company who have failed to respond & have had to take the matter further. Please be aware when buying from this company, in my opinion they just rip you off & are on a nice little earner from people like me!

Took the money out of our account, and said that they 'lost' our shipment
We tried to buy my wife's favorite show from them. The only reason I tried the site was because I couldn't find negative feedback about the company. They took the money out of our account, and said that they 'lost' our shipment. Then they followed up by telling us that it is our 'credit card companies job' to refund us our money... then they lost contact with us. We are seriously pissed!
