Haven't Received my Item
I ordered the complete series of Buffy the Vampire Slayer 4 weeks ago and haven't received it yet when I went to email the website to find out what the problem with my order was, I didn't get any emails back. They had very poor customer service.

Lack of customer service
In Early June We ordered a set of videos that have yet to be delivered ( they readily took a credit on our credit card). This company (headquartered in the Netherland Antilles os be VERY Careful ) has not responded to ANY of our numerous requests for information.
I would be VERY cautious and suspect in doing any business with these people.

Scam
Ordered products from TVGmegastore never received. As listed by others they do not respond to your emails. They will take your money in a prompt way and that is the only thing prompt about this SCAM STORE!!

Ordered a complete sopranos boxset for tvgmegastore.com, received in perfect condition within 2 weeks, after searching around the web they were the lowest price available, will use tvg again
Their customer service is as good as their prices
