I purchased the Michael Jackson ultimate collection. Most of them vere really bad quality. They also charged me twice for them. I emailed them and told them I was very dissapointed with my dvds and I wouldn't reccomend them to anyone and I was going to give them a bad rating. I received email from them apologized for it. S he told me go through them and let them know which ones were bad and they would send me new ones. She also said they would send me something for the incoveince. It hasn't arrived yet. Anyone who can't getan email to them you need to put support@tvinthe box. I hope this helps because I saw where someone couldn't get through to them. Send it with the salutation Hello Chantel

We ordered the NCIS DVD Seasons 1-5 set. When we received it we saw that it was from Bejing. We had our Credit Union check it out because of the shipping price on the package, we wanted to make sure that we weren't going to get charged this outrages amount stated on the label. She comfirmed that everything was OK and checked out the website herself and thought that everything was OK until we opened the box and started to watch the first DVD, the picture was dark and the picture would break up. As we watched the first episode it was obvious that the DVD wasn't of good quality. We have atempted several time to contact TVinthebox and haven't received and reply back on possibly replacing our set. When I inquired about the price on the label when the pakage arrived they replied within hours.
