Great communication from this website when you place an order or extend order due to "out of stock". But when 2 months have gone by and you ask for a refund -- no email response, no phone response, nothing! The credit card was charged within hours of my order placement and NOT when merchandise was shipped (as a reputable site will do).

Do not deal with TVpast.com. They never answer an email or the phone unless you are placing an order. They do not return your money even if you are compliant with their rules and return the unopened DVDs within the period they suggest. I lost money there and I would hate to see anyone else have to deal with this company.
Do not deal with this company. I bought the same DVDs on Amazon and paid alot less than they were asking. I will not and I advise everyone not to deal with this company. TVpast.com
