Used this site to watch football games, however the first game I watched, I was unable to watch the last 2 minutes because it switched to another game. In an attempt to contact the company, I sent them an email requesting a contact # as there was none listed for customer support. They state in the FAQ that you can call or email. They promised a response in 24 hours but 5 days later, I still haven't heard from them, nor can I submit another question because my initial request has not been addressed. I assume they know that most anyone would want to cancel service and therefore do not want to allow the option.

I signed up because they advertised streaming NFL games. However, all they do is provide non-functioning links to other websites. You get nothing. Also, their tv player software is bogus and when you put in the email that you signed up with, it tells you that it is incorrect (this is exactly what happened in the other complaints that I have no read, unfortunately too late).

Wanted to watch cricket online. Signed up for 3 year deal (their various sites take you to tvprocessing.com). Quality was AWFUL and stream would keep dropping.

FAQ states you can get a full refund. However, the terms and conditions list $9.95 non-refundable processing fee.

SCAM.

On June 6, 2009, I signed up for a 3 year membership to watch live tennis events. My credit card was charged for $44.85. A few days after I have tried to use the system and I was unable to download the software. I went to the local Apple store and after the expert have also tried unsuccessfully, I was told that the software was INCOMPATIBLE with my system. I e-mailed with tvprocessing.com (there is no phone number for customer service) and they took their time to reply that yes, their system only works with Windows. I then e-mailed back and requested a refund to my credit card. 2 days later I received a reply stating that the 7 day trial period expired for a refund. (I was never able to try the software as it was incompatible with my Macintosh!)
The company stated that the amount charged against my card is a "one-time flat fee" and that I will never be charged again. As I signed up for 3 year membership and cancelled that in 8 days, why should I be charged for any fees?

Upon searching the internet, I have found many, very similar complaints against this company of dubious origin.
Since this company is clearly operating on fraudulent manner dishonoring consumer's right, their business practice should be investigated and the site should be taken down.
