I am at this time in the hospital and have been for the past two weeks. I noticed a problem with the television I am renting from TVR Communications. They sent up a very nice rep. named Miasha who unplugged the TV then plugged it back. This was a temporary fix. The problem continued so they next sent a Tech. who did not seem to understand or speak English very well. He reset somethings on the TV and claimed it was fixed. A few hours later the problem came back. I called about 6 more times in the next 15 minutes trying to speak to someone. I eventually got a Manager named Ruthi in which we went around in circles. She claimed that each time someone came up the TV was repaired. That's her perspective. Mine is, if the repair works only for a few hours it is not a repair. So we went round and round. When I tried to esculate my complaint out of thier customer service dpt. I was transfered to the answering machine in Human Resources. TWICE by two different people!
Probably over ninety nine percent of their customers are so sick they either don't complain or can not go through TVR's very fustrating customer service.
What do you call a company that takes advantage of all of their customers, who are hopsital patients?
