I ordered a hair dryer from this company back in April, 2008. It took several weeks to arrive...defective. It was obvious by the package that this was NOT a new product - it had been returned [defective] and placed back on the shelf for re-sale. As soon as I turned it on, the room was filled with what smelled like burning hair. I have been emailing back and forth with this company since the end of April. Today is June 13, and I have YET to receive my refund. I am infuriated at this point and have no intention of letting them off the hook.
