I have purchased TVS Apache Motor Bike from TVS Breja located in Faridabad & after 1st Service onwards I reported Leakage in the Engine. The Leakage was evident & I was told that leakage might be because of PACKING is loos & we have to chang the same T reqeusted them to change the same But the same was not available with agency. in the next service I again comlaint the same & I was assured that we have sealed it & from now on there will be no leakage actaually the leakge was still there. Again I took my bike to agency & this time I was told we would change the HEAD (ENGINE) & after repeated reminder the head got changed but the leajge rmain the way it was there earlier. after replacing head when bike was handed over back to me bike was performing worse than before. Agian I had to take my bike to agency & told them please rectify the problem (Sound from Engine) which they did but the problem continued. Later after some more time passed my Bike was jerking due to some problem in Engine & I took the bike to Agency again but this time I left my bike there & entire Cylinder Kit was changed but not change in results. During all this I had left my bike with agency no of times for no of day (sometimes more than 10-15 days). which damaged me financially & lead to Mental Stress to me while commuting for my Office.
