I had buyed TVS Starcity Vehicle in March 2006 and my vehicle developed a snagging sound in the engine, i had taken vehicle from the sneha motors but got serviced at another tvs authorized show room which is near to my residence. My bike is under warranty and the sneha motors service Manager did not accepted my vehicle since i did not got service done at their service centre, so the service manager was asking me to go and done my work at other service centre. Finally after convincing him, he had accepted my vehicle after 3 to 4 trips to the service centre.

i just want to the authorised persons to take my complaint and solve my case, i know those people definetly dont do the job, i want to complaint this to higher officials, or plz let me know what the step shud i take if they dont do there jobs properly.
