On Dec 14, 2008 I ordered the Spenser for Hire series.I did not receive them till Jan 8 or 9, 2009. Upon playing them I found them to be defective. I have called and sent e-mails and have received no response. I want to make arrangements to return the dvd's and get my money back. I have contacted my bank and if I receive no response from you will be forced to dispute with your company.
