I was excited when I found this site. But It has been over a year now that I ordered five DVD sets from them. Paid and they cashed my check right away. Took along time to get the first three. Didn't watch them right away. When I did, They are right off the TV commercials and all. Nothing is shown in order and sometimes the same show is repeated over again. And to this day it's been over a year and I still haven't received my other two DVD sets. I have sent repeated emails and never received any response. I have looked for a customer service number on their site and can't find one. I am really surprized that they are still in business at the rate they are going! I'am still trying to get ahold of them cause at this point I want my money back. If any one has found a way of getting in touch with this "company" I would like to know! I know I will never deal with them again except to get my money back because they don't know what they are doing. How they can charge money for what they do is beyond me. I could do better. I use to tape off the TV too on to VHS but I took out commercials. I have some of the shows I bought on VHS but wanted a good copy on DVD what I got was worst then what I have. And like I said it's been a year and still haven't received my other two sets yet! I would said if you still want to order from them try one at a time. See what you get, before you order too much like I did and lose a lot of money and get $#*! in return!

I think they are the pits. There is no way to contact them except through the email address, and they never acknowledge or answer them. They tell you if you purchase and pay for your order with an Amazon gift card your purchase will be shipped sooner. Even though it has not been a full week yet they should be able to tell you when your order will be shipped out.
