Paid money for them to sell my time share. They said they will sell it within 90 days. They did not. About 1 year later, they have returned none of my numerous calls and email contacts.

Salesman (Brian) guaranteed in writting that my timeshare would be sold in 90 days or money back. I have an email to that affect. I contacted the company regularly to update me on the status and they lied to me on several occations. At one time they said they received an offer but rejected it because it was too low. I told them I would take it but the person (Francisco) said that they already told him no. I have documented all communication with them since I first entered into a contract with them and is available upon request. I documented who I talked to what they said and any other information. For about a month the company turned off their phones and I was told now they are back on but only go to voicemail.
