I am just wondering if I had a justifiable compliant against 24studio, I became unemployed and claimed against there insurers, took months to get claim through. They started to pay so no problem there, but i kept getting letters of areas from 24studio, so i kept phoning them up to tell them i was claiming against insurance, but they said they recieved no payments so they would phone insurers to find out what happing.
I also kep phoning the insurers to find out if they have been paying only to be told yes they have.
This kept going on and on for last 10 months, I have now found out the insurers have been paying off the wrong account. I am making a complaint against the insurers.
Surely 24studio must have procedures in place to make sure the right accounts are being paid other than by surname.
