Twenty Four Protects has hit my debit card $1/month since August 2009, and never received no "Welcoming Email". I along with the rest of you, have no idea who these people are and you cannot contact them except by email if you are lucky. I had to cancel my debit card and have filed a complaint with the local Sheriff's office. If you read down the complaints to the response from the company:

We have forwarded a full refund to your bank on 2/25/2010. Your bank will receive the credit within two business days and you should be able to see the refund in 3 to 5 days.
Your membership record indicates that you agreed to try 24Protect when you were presented a window display ad on GOOGLE.COM on 12/18/2010. Additionally, by accepting the trial membership, you agreed to be enrolled using the billing source that you authorized and that after the trial membership period, you would be billed the program fee. A Welcome e-mail would have been sent to the e-mail address you provided at the time of enrollment explaining the terms of membership as well as the membership benefits you are entitled to.
