I purchased the product, Twindraftguard, via a television commercial. I was charged $7.95 for shipping and handling per order x 2 orders which came up to $15.90. Plus the cost of the product for a grand total of $55.00. The product didn't work on my doors so I called and received a return authorization code. I paid approximately $13.00 to return the product. I received only $39.98 for a refund. When I called to inquire about the refund, I was told that the monies were held for shipping and handling. I explained that I paid $7.95 per order x 2 and the return postage so why should anything be withheld for shipping?

Something needs to be done about this because the company is making money off the consumers for nothing. Please advise me of what other course of action I can take.
