I purchased a Twist a Dent which is distributed by Natures Pillows in Trevose, PA. The product is supposed to remove small dents/bumps from a car. The contents included a pulling bridge, wingnut, hot glue gun, dent pulling tabs, glue & a cleaning solution.

You apply the hot glue to the pulling tab and place it in the middle of the bridge and tighten the wingnut.The dent/bump is supposed to pop out. When I did this the device popped up but did not remove the dent/bump, but the glue pulled the the original paint off of the car. I actually have the pulling tab with the paint still on it, in the exact shape of the missing paint mark on my car.

I called the company and was told to send in 2-3 estimates, along with pictures. I sent in 3 estimates, which required a lot of travel time.

I did not hear from the company. I called them a couple of months later and they said they never received the paperwork. I remailed them and also faxed them a copy. I still have not heard from them.
