I had the most embarassing and humiliating experience in my life with "Two of Us".
I lost my husband two years ago. Emptiness and loneliness made me start looking for online dating services. "Two of Us" in Encino was the closest to where I live so I went there. Before I could understand what I was signing for a charming young woman Monick took my Driver License and three credit cards, told me about a very nice gentlemen David who had just signed up for $80, 000 and who was a perfect match for me and charged my credit cards $48, 000. The so called Membership Agreement provided 3 business days for cancellation so the next day I went there again and cancelled but Monick kindly talked me into signing a new one for just $10, 000 - they charge one thousand dollars for a match. A match is info sent by email about a gentleman who is supposed to call you.
I got two calls with promises to get back to me which never happened. $2000 was gone. I got lucky:
they refunded $37, 000 instead of $38, 000 so I contested the charges and wrote them a letter saying that our Agreement is legally invalid as they violated the purchase price clause.
Be aware: they overpromise and underdeliver, their prices are flagrantly and grossly unfair, the company is unethical and deceitful.
