The rebate for appliance clunkers voucher call in was today.Started at 7am until the 23M dollars was depleted. I stayed on the phone til 330p NON STOP...got hung up on 2x I got thru when I had to press 1 for English to continue(what a surprise there)Online was no better they shut the website down for almost 2 hrs and when it came back up it was not working any better..get to the page to get the rebate info started and it would say type the 2 words below(there were no words to copy) or when you did you got kicked back to the start of the request..Called the office to complain and was told call back really late tonite like 2am or 3..well now the site is shut down and states all rebate funds as well waitlist entrys are all filled..WHAT A CROCK OF CRAP!Now the local news says they were told some sort of bot was found during the process taking up 70k phone calls thats why the site was shut down..well then no one should have more than 1 rebate issued and the waitlist should remain open until tomorrow afternoon so people can put their names in.
