No glasses on delivery date they did not know when glasses would be in. I should have not paid until glasses in hand. They need to get into the business or out of it. The people at the Tyler Texas site are not to blame

they just work there. The promise date is the 9th of June 14 days out from the day they ordered them. It looked like they did not have a lot of business at the time I was there. I now see why. Nice location and people.
