On Sept 25 2008 i dropped my car off at tyre's auto service for diagnostics to find out what was wrong with the car.No papers were written up at the time. The associate known to me as Scott said he would give me a call to let me know what was wrong with the car. i didn't receive a call for 11 days. so finally i gave him a call on October 7, 2008 and Scott told me to come pick up the car that i owed him 372.00. i went to tyre's auto Scott told me the car hasn't been started in 4 days and to test drive it. i test drove the car and the car was still running improper. when i got back to tyre's auto i told Scott that i wasn't happy with them doing the work without getting an approval from me. and the car was not running right. he stated there was nothing he could do about the rough idle. so i only paid 159.00 and took the car with no objection from Scott. i spoke to Scott on the phone and i stated to him that i was not going to pay because i never told him to do the work and he stated that he was going to mess up my credit and hung the phone up on me. on November 18, 2008 i received a certified letter with a notice of claim of lien and proposed sale of motor vehicle. with a new amount of 594.41 and i had possession of the car the whole time. on January 27, 2009 tyre's auto came to my house and towed my car away. the police informed me that my title had been signed over to them and now they owned the vehicle now. i also have the title.on January 30, 2009 contacted tyre's auto service to find out what was wanted to get the car back and now the amount is 1200.00
i feel that he is really being unfair.
