Did not fill out app. somehow got my account number

On May 12 2010 I submitted several request for payday loans to pay a$ 650.00 water bill to prevent termination of service. I applied at

Great Sky LLC for$ 400.00 and recieved the loan, GMC Group loaned me $4oo.00 as well, Red Stone cash i applied for but i didn't need

it since the other two lenders approved me .USA Credit I canceled canceled the # is (010271) they did not take funds out of my account.

Liberty Discount Club on the other hand did withdraw $34.19 . check #563529 U Clip U Save took out $23.96 after the cancelation check

# 697641 and cancel #(14316377 ) .Both companies use the same banking information and CSI is the name on the back of both checks

that was deposited . Each transaction cost $25.00 overdraft fee . On May 12 there was no money amounts asvertised for these transations

if I actually unknowingly said i wanted this service . The lenders claim to not know about these offers. When i called 1-877-369-0524

i was informed that there was nothing they could do and no more fees would would be taken out of my account that where the cancelation

numbers come in to play . I would like to have all monies refund to my account in the amount of $108.15 to cover the $ 50.00

overdraftfees as well . The last four digits of my ss# is 7518 to access my supposidly accounts . My name is Lavester Owens
