Sub complain for drop balance & not forward SMS messages as a PUNISHMENT
Dear Sir
I informed regarding the lost balance but no satisfy reply, the amount is very small of Rs50 ( fifty ) which I shared by my friend during Jul – Aug 2008 exact date I donot remembered. Why the customers department people do un-necessary delay as I forget my amount and issue?
You people have no courage to face the real complain and avoid to reply on timely basis which reflect how you people are CARELESS in the matter for Customers Care. Take a necessary action against the concern CUSTOMERS SERVICE staff who donot take interest to solve my problems.
On your careless and cheap attitude I will now claim for Rs.50 which is my right and additional Rs.200 as a special plenty for not replying me and try to fool me.
You should now transferred balance of Rs.250 at your earliest not later than 72 hours
Even I forward many sms message but received message in box PENDING MESSAGE for what reasons as punishment of using poor UFONE service.
I will forward this complain to MOHTASIB KARACHI – ISLAMABAD too and demand for quick justice and asked UFONE people why they make fool and cheat their customers as they only are clever in Pakistan. Why not give the break up of my amount spend so know what charges they deducted for calls.
