I MAILED A PKG 7/31/2009 FROM LETTER BOX @ WOODLAND WASH.
TO BE DELIVERED TO AN F STREET ADDRESS IN GALT, CALIF.

U P S DELIVERED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS, @ EDGEWOOD DR, IN LODI CALIF.
WHICH WAS NOT THE ADDRESS ON THE PKG.

NOW THE PKG HAS NOT BEEN RETRIEVED. AS OF 8/18/2009.

after 2 weeks of trying to get the address corrected, U P S stated that THEY DELIVERED TO THAT ADDRESS THEY HAD IN THEIR COMPUTERS. WHICH, had not been updated in 3 yrs, as the adressed person had not lived at the computer generated address in 3-plus yrs.
fRUSTRATED WE ARE AS WE Never get to speak to the same person or a return phone number for them is impossible to obtain. Even a fax is not obtainable. They sAy they have no access to THOSE NUMBERS AND THEIR NUMBERS COME UP RESTRICTED PHONE NUMBERS WHEN THEY CALL YOU. .
The pkg had 5 maternity tops in it for a pregnate girl who was in need of clothing and was pg. @ the age of 15. VALUED @ WELL OVER 100.00.
Now who in this world would keep maternity clothes that was not intended for them, if delivered to a wrong address...????
SHOULD HAVE BEEN RETURNED TO SENDER .

AFTER WHAT THEY CALL IS AN INVESTIGATION,
TODAY; I get a fax from UPS on 8/18/2009.
stating "ACCORDING TO our records 1 PKG WAS DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR" this is FALSE" !!!
UPS STATED PKG had been delivered and SIGNED for by the addressee, which was FALSE!! WE have never received this pkg. NOR SIGNED FOR ANYTHING!

We even went to the 2 addresses personally to see if we could retrieve this pkg.
one was no such address and no answer at the other ADDRESS.

To this day they consider the case closed and refuse to make it right . CLAIM REFUSED.
NEEDLESS TO SAY, I AM OUT MANY DOLLARS PLUS SHIPPING, AND A YOUNG PG GIRL IS OUT MUCH NEEDED CLOTHING DURING HER PREGNACY.

I hope everyone on the internet reads this and REFUSES TO EVER USE UPS in the future.
They are not reliable.
They have lost all our Business and the Business of our Company and all Asociates in the future...PLEASE PASS THIS WORD EVERYWHERE.
U P S DOES NOT NEED OUR BUSINESS TO BE TREATED WITH NO CONCERN, OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT WE SEND.
