An Att rep called my home and offered me your new bundled service. He told me that internet service and U-450 service would cost me $108.00 per month for six months and that included dvr and 3 cable boxes. He said after the six months the service would go up but I could call and reduce the service. I spent over an hour on the phone going over what I was paying now and that I did not want to go over that. Att came out and installed the equipment and I was a happy camper until I got the bill. It was $250.00, ( I knew it would be slightly higher because of a partial month) when I called the girl said she was sorry but I was miss quoted and there was nothing she could do about it. I told her I would not pay that amount that I wanted to cancel the service. She said no problem and cancelled the service and supposely cancelled the bill (I have not received a bill yet but time will tell). I told her that I had internet service with bellsouth before I went with the new service and she said she would reinstate it and my cost would be 19.95 a month. I said great Then she told me that I had to unhook all of your equipment and take it to a UPS store or I would be charged. After I calmed down I called back and said what would a different service cost me I spoke with Darin at 866-268-6913 x 3386. I told him that Att service had spliced all my comcast cables and if I went with them they would have to run all new wire and that I didn't want that so give me a price on a less expense service. He gave me a lesser service price that I could live with but then told me he would have to send out a service person to install new equipment. I told him I had not uninstalled the other equipment but he said they had to install new equipment. I told him I would call him back (I haven't yet). In the meantime I tried to install the old equipment so I could get my email and it wouldn't work when I called back they said that they would have to send someone out to uninstall the other equipment because it was fiber optic. So now I have no cable no internet and can't even go to another computer to get my mail. When anyone emails me it says the service is unavailable. Well if they are charging me for the service they should at least allow me to access my emails from another computer until I can get his straighted out. There is no one at ATT who cares that I was lied to and then totally inconvenienced leaving me with no internet or cable TV. There should be someone to speak with to get something done but you just get passed along. You need to tell whoever is representing your company to make it clear exactly what the charges will be. Why can't a quote be emailed to customers so they have a hard copy of what was offered. I can be reached at the number above or at
