I had At & T u-verse service installed for my internet and home phone. It took me a while to figure it out but if I have my computer on, I can not receive a fax. I also realized that if I am on the phone talking to someone and I get another call and new call goes to voice mail, while the new caller is leaving a message I can not hear the people that I am talking to.

I thought technology was suppose to improve with time not go backwards.
