Poor Service
Your service stinks and sucks. Your guys are thiefs and steal our money and not giving us proper service. I will contact B.B.B. Local TV and News papers. The service you provide is horrendous!! Im surprised your still in buissness!

Service and Billing
I switched to Uverse inJan. 2011 I have not had a full month of uninterupted service
frez fram.I have had 3 service call set up that the service man never showed.They make you set aside 4-5 hrs window and do not show which then turns into another day or week end. I wish to pass on to the person that may be thinking of u verse
Please, please DONT with this type of service they will not be in the TV service very long It has been a total wast of time

Sales scam
AT&T sales person told us in May that we could get U-verse DVR and 3 more receivers, 18 MPS internet, phone, and only $3 in taxes for $132/mo. They are charging me for every box and other added items along with the normal taxes. I was also promised a $300 cash back card. Well, they finally said they would credit 2 boxes for 6 months and that it has gone past 90 days to get the rebate, even though I called a month after installation. AT&T has the worst Customer (No) Service and the sales people will flat out lie. We transferred our Directv to AT&T early and the Cash Back card was going to offset the penalty for breaking the contract.

hole in ground
The sub contractor perkins dug a hole three(3) weeks ago in the front yard so u-verse could be connected. It was NEVER done ! Any plans on when this might be done ? The hole is attracting mosquitos and with the bright orange snow fence looks like hell.

Awful, awful, awful
Do not waste your time with ATT U-verse if you move into Broadstone Apartments in Fort Worth TX. The apartments are all hard wired for the service but all of the geniuses in customer service can not put your address in the system. Myself and several other residents have been attempting to get service for several weeks to months. Don't be fooled by the U-Verse pre-wiring in the closet save yourself days of aggravation and time by just going with direct tv or dish network. I promise in the end you will feel better going this route. Oh and by the way I was told by AT&T 911 is not even available real safe.
