Every single time I call them, it is only for one reason, to change the date of my pmt from one to the next, and not forcing myself to be delinquint at all. it actually seems like its in their training to be defensive, which blows my mind considiering for a year now, I have never been delinquint, and my account is current, allways has been. My calls are like adjusting a pmt from the 8th to the 13th, or the 22nd to the 29th, and I have, and still offer the whole time automatic withdrawl from my bank acct, thats why I need to call. I was let go from a job last year for medical resons, long story, and am on unemployment, so I still have some what of an income, and am able to stick with the original terms as of monthly pmt amount. When I opened the loan, I had them deduct the pmts from my acct upon my pay periods. Now that I am unemployed, those specific days do not work, so, I every month or two, call them myself, to change the dates arond to insure the funds are in the account. Now, with any bank, this would be a simple act, well not with UAC. Every time I call them, it is a litteral nightmare. Noone listens to me, I get put on hold once they realize why Im calling for up to an hour sometimes, and every person I speak with, other than my "account representative", which seems to be different every time I call. After playing these peoples games for an hour or two, I finally reach my "account rep", and my prob gets resolved with logic and reason.
My problom is that hour to two before I reach that "account rep". I have been told more than once that they are gonna come get my car, and asked for my address, mind you I confirm that on most first calls, and I allways ask, "why they would reposes a car loan that is current and up to date 100?" Its like my needs as a customer are neglected, and then insulted, then neglected again. Typiclly before I can get a pmt changed even 2 days later I have to speek with 3 people or the same person 3 times, then my "account rep". Its humerous, untill my blood pressure is risen, and I am having an anxiety attact. I am seeking help in this matter, and trying to get the word out now, so they change their service procedures, and perhars re-train their employees, and train their future, to listen, and be courteous. Their is no reason to threaten a customer, name call, or create frustration after frustration on every call. I hope things change, as I will continue to make sure my pmts are allways on time, but I fear its unlikly considering some of the clients I imagin they are used to, making every excuse in the book. And my time is valuable, and these sessions just take to long for me and them, someone is paying these people.
