FRAUD/SCAM
My father in-law had a note about a $5, 000 payment mailed Dec. 20, 2008, written on a notepad at his house. He died Jan 2, 2009. We were concerned that he had mailed a check for $5, 000 to this company. After checking online, we're hoping that he was just waiting on his check. There is no other information as to what kind of information he provided them and no envelope or paperwork from this company was found. Don't know what to expect from here.

I HATE SCAMS

Scam
I received a letter/release form from UBI Payment Services. The letter states the exact same as everyone elses in that I have won $5K and to sign to confirm authorization of delivery. The attached letter also states "this is a contest with additional tiebreakers to determine the winner". Obviously I can't authorize the check that I have won if others are doing the same. What a scam, thanks to the world wide web we can all communicate and let others know not to buy into this!

Mail Fraud
They sent me a contest/letter stating I had won $5000 and to send in a copy of some ID. I am very concerned as to how they even got my name and mailing address.

FRAUD/SCAM
I received a letter in the mail stating that I'm guaranteed to receive
a check for $5000 if I SIGN and return the bottom portion of the
letter with an answer to a 1st grade question ( 20 + 5= 25 21 23?).
Immediately, seeing that I have not entered such a contest nor given
them access to my HOME address...I knew it was a scam to get my
signature. This is absolutely HORRIBLE and against the law to try to
get people's signatures so it can be duplicated to steal/rob. My wish is that your company will track down the responsible party or parties
and PROSECUTE them! I'm deeply concerned because in these hard times, families are in need of money and many will fall prey to these
evil entities because of the lack of knowledge that is is a scam/trick!

MAIL FRAUD
I just want to add my 2 cents about this scam that has been delievered to my mailbox. UBI is nothing but a fraud & would like to see Complaints Board file charges against them for mail fraud, ect. Some one who is in dire need of help in these times may fall victim to rhis scam.
BEWARE ALL: UBI IS A SCAM/FRAUD!!!

Mail Fraud
I too received a letter offering me $5K - I was told I was the sole recipient! Not giving my signature. Is this linked to magazine sales? Thats all I have bought thru the mail lately. 'International Award Advisors' also told me I have won 2 million if I send them $20.

FRAUD
HOW DID THEY GET MY ADDRESS MY NAME AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION ON ME WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE. WHAT GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO LIE TO PEOPLE THROUGH THE MAIL AND REQUEST MY TO VERIFY I WANT THEM TO SEND ME A CHECK AND ASK FOR MY SIGNATURE, WHAT DO YOU NEED MY SIGNATURE FOR, THEN SAY IT IS NOT A LOTTERY AND THAT THIS CONTEST WILL HAVE ADDITIONAL TIEBREAKERS IN ORDER TO DETERMINE THE WINNER. WHO WINS ONE OF THEM.

letter asknig for signature saying that I have $5,000.00 pending
I have been recieving letters like this for about 2 months, I have been tempted over and over but I still get the same advice, if they ask to be sent money then it is most likely a scam, so I havent sent anybody any money and now all they want is my signature, whats up with that? I just want these people to stop sending me these letters, if I really did win something why not just send the prize or just take the "processing fee" out of it and send me the rest.SAVE A TREE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!

Fraud and cheating
This is my first time to do any thing like this. But I'm getting so sick and tired of these kind of fraud letters finding there way to my mailbox. From now on any and all these type of letters I receive, I will report them to this web site. And you would think the good old postal service could do something about this!
