My name is david and i ordered a ten day trial of this product on 12/8/09and the sales person said that when i recived it my 10 day trial would start.and that if i wanted to stop and not order any more that i shoud call withen those 10 days and tell them so.But if i wanted to keep getting the product that they would auto ship me evrey 2 months a 2 month supply.But i never recieved the first 10 day trial and at the end of the first 10 days they chared my debit account 79.98 for the first 2 month supply.I never did get a trial period and they started the order 10 dayes from the day i called not 10 days from the day i recived it.And as of now i have not recived anything, except a hard time from them.I wanted a refund and they saied they could not give one, said they had postal problems and that, that was not ther fault.They are very hard to talk to.I just want my money back.maybe you can help.that phone #above is there cust service cant get any thing out of them.The order #i used off of there no risk reservation coupon is18002075108 and it also that thay do guarantee you a refund .my email is cowboycaddy@g mail .com
