Jeans are bad quality,and do not fit properly
I bought a pair of kymaro jeans from ubuyez.com, when they arrived they were to lg, so i sent them back for an exchange, when i emailed them about me not recieving the exchange they gave me a another email adress to contact, this one did not exist.Fiannly I got the size smaller via mail and they had runs in the material and were to short.I will not spend anymore money for returning these jeans, they have already cost me $55.85 I am very disappointed in the sizeing and quality.I will choke this up as a lesson learned.

Don't buy from them
I bought a body shaper from them and I can not get in touch with anyone and they charge you 16.90 to ship. Ridiculous!!!Their address is 5 Goddard, US 92618 Tele: 1-888-596-2781.It is called UbuyEZ Kymaro.When you oTheir online is www.ubuyez.com.I can not get in touch with apersom, be sure you know the companythat sells this. It is a hoax!!! Do not buy this they advertise on TV. I will go to Clark Howard on CNN news and see if he can help me get in touch with them!

That is a huge rip-off
I too ordered the Body Shaper and only wanted the tops in nude/black but the ad was very misleading and it showed in order to get the black top you had to order the bottoms. I was not happy w/any of the merchandise and spent $79.75 and then $8.09 to ship back. I called today to see when my refund would be and was told I would only get $39.95 back. That is a HUGE rip-off and they answer the phone that the customer is their number one goal!!

Misrepresented product, recieved returned product but no refund
This company products are not what they claim, the product they advertise you can purchase at any local Walmart store. I returned their product on 02/19/10 and is yet to receive a refund. when you want to exchange an item you have to pay another shipping cost Do not be fooled by the name Kymaro.I was completly unsatisfied with this product. Trying to reach a customer rep is ludicrous the hold time is very long. If you want a good product that really works shop around and make this company your last choice. I am still waiting for a refund yet today from this company.

No refund
I Michelle Miller wasn't pleased with the body shaper, I sent the product back with all new info. no one called me back or put my money back on my visa, but you had no problems taking it off. When i called i was on hold for 1hr. that's sad and i'm upset and want my money back. A.S.A.P. call me @ 404-287-3578 I thought you all value your buyers ! I'm just so upset with how i was treated. you take my money with no problem but I get no help @ all.

This product is CRAP! You may as well put on pantyhose and a tank top, it does NOTHING to hold any part of your weight in. These people NEED TO BE KICKED OFF of the television for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

no fit no full refund
I purchased a product I saw on TV that I could NOT wear. I returned the complete order including the FREE gifts because I could not wear that either.
I was expecting a complete refund of 70.00 instead, I received half the amount. Somehow, I know I've been robbed because I could not wear WHY would I keep it. So the question is...Why are they keeping my money????

Jeans
I went as far as calling in to order the shaping jeans this weekend while seeing the infomercial on Saturday. Something about the customer service lady's seeming lack of knowledge on the product (she couldn't give me any measurements for their sizes) made me rethink my decision. If you only sell one pair of jeans, how hard could it be to know about it? I'm glad i trusted my instinct.

Kymaro body shaper
No it doesn’t work I measured myself before putting it on and I lost about half an inch with it on. The bottoms are like control top pantyhose, but way tighter and very uncomfortable. I have watched the infomercial and was very unhappy, not getting the same results. How did they get the girls to look so good? It sure didn't work that way for me. Hope this answered your question. Please try Spanx they are much more comfortable and work better. Or just buy yourself some good control top pantyhose. I really you would get the same affect. I don't believe this work for some people. Maybe I just have a really weird body shape (not).

I cancelled the order but they billed anyway
I ordered the Kymaro Body wrap and then decided I really didn't need such an item. I called and left a message that I wanted the order cancelled. They returned a call to me saying they had cancelled the order but I discovered yesterday that they charged my debit card.
I am totally not happy with them for lying to me. I have a call in to them now so see what they are going to do to straighten this out. I really don't like it when people say they will do something and then turn around and do something else. It causes me to loose a lot of trust in them.
