my name is amanda roberts. and i was checking my checking account and seen i was charged $23.96 from uclip coupons. first of all i have never even heard of this company. and i called the customer service number the lady said all she could do is cancel this but could not give me my money back. i have never gave them my bank information or heard of this company please tell me how they got it. Filled out an application for a payday loan just like all the other complainants here, can not get UClip coupons to give me a straight answer as to which company they got the information from. They removed 23.96 from my account, this bounced as there was no money in there, which of course is why I was applying for a loan. REally had a long and loud conversation with them at uclip (1-888-348-7982) ended up hanging up on them. Called the bank that right away refunded the service charge of 30 bucks. And suggested I continue my quest to get these guys shut down. I then called UClip back, took like 15 minutes and talked to the SAME customer service rep that P(**&&d me off the first time. Asked is she was the only rep or whether she owned this scam place and she said no (of course). Still will tell me exactly who i signed up with, or refund the 30 bucks service charge. If anyone knows who this company really is as I could not find anything at the BBB, please let me know so that I can add this to the complaints there. Thanks

My account was withdrawn without my permission and I want my money back! I have filed several complaints and I will continue until justice is served. This is fraud and you will be punished under the law.
