The recruitment practices of this company and the underhanded tactics they use when an employee quits should be illegal. Not only do they request that the employee repay the entire amount they have earned with interest but they report the income the employee has earned twice to the IRS in order to cause havoc to them if they do not pay them back. This practice a form of modern day slavery. How else can working full time without compensation be termed?
