FRAUF.FAKE
I just found out that www.orgerugg.com is a FRAUD. no phone # no professional at all, only e-mail! I wish I had read the reviews on this site first before I brought from this site. They are located in Beijing China, I called my bank and that's what they told me where the money came out from. I've been e-mailing them and got one response back and it was singed by a girl name Sophia. WTF is going on.

won't accept returns
Ordered a pair of ugg boots online per prestashop company. Recieved the boots and they were too large. Had two weeks to return. Ordered a new pair in a different size that fit well the day the too large boots arrived to make the two week cut-off date. Unable to return first pair of boots because the return address is in Chinese. Contacted the e-mail site for the Chinese company and they have given me three different excuses why the boots can't be returned. Excuses area: only two weeks to return, boots must be defective, no returns unless their company made the mistake in sending it in the first place. Want to know where to send the boots that are too large and get the $118.00 credit that I have coming. Am prepared to contact all authorities to get this resolved like credit card co, BBB, online authorities and UGG company to not do business with prestashop any further if this is how business done. Right now I need an adress of where to send the boots to get my money back. Hopefully UGG company willresolve this matter asap. Please contact me asap. Jorja Dojerty 920-893-0435

selling fradulent products...fake
I got scammed from this website...they claim to sell genuine ugg boots and they are clearly not. Also, their customer service dept. is a joke. I think the website is actually shut down now which is a good thing so no one else gets scammed and there money stolen.

fraud
I ordered ugg boots from this company. They will answer my emails once in awhile, but never with a straight answer. They took my money right away, but I still have not received the boots. I ordered them over a month ago. The last email they sent me stated my boots were lost in the mail. I have not received another email since that one and that has been over a week ago. Unfortunately they do not have a contact number to reach anyone.

fake boots and lack of return address
This estore claims to be an authorized dealer of Ugg boots. I ordered two pair the boots came and were the wrong styles and sizes, and were not authentic Ugg boots made as the website claims of sheep skin. The boots were made of fake suede and fake fur. The box does not have the Ugg hologram and the printed material doesn't even look like the Ugg materials. I have tried several times to contact the company unsuccessfully to attempt to return the product but the do not answer my emails. The phone number I located on your site does not take incoming calls.

Multiple false online clearance sites
Tried to purchase Ugg boots only to have a charge submitted on my debit card by TCTechnology Putian CN, This company is in California and is legitimate but does not accept debit cards. Some scam artists in China are processing debit and credit cards under that name. They have created multiple websites. You cant login back in to your account using your email, you cant track and order and when you try to contact them they have no physical address and come up with some hotmail or gmail account. Websites to avoid are:uggbootsclearance.net, uggbootsclearance.com, xmasuggbootsclearance.com, ugg-boot-clearance.us, . If you cant contact them through a legitimate email, call them on the phone or see their physical address then DONT BUY THESE BOOTS. I filed a dispute through my bank and they are removing the charges. I learned the hard way!

INTERNET SCAM-UGG BOOTS
I ordered boots for my daugther off of this web site. I'm usually very careful where I order from on the internet but I was in a hurry. My first clue something was wrong was when I put in the details of my order and credit card and hit submit, there was no "review" or double check, such as "are you sure you want to place this order?" I was immediately charged and given no order or confirmation number. When I went to the contact page (which I should have done BEFORE ordering) I saw the only way to contact this company is via a HOTMAIL account . RED FLAG! So I immediatly called my credit card co and was informed that the charge was to some chinese name in Bejing!! So spread the word...do NOT order from this site or you will be lining the pocket of some chinese punk and will never get a response from them...much less your boots.
