no email responses no confirmation of order and quick cash withdrawl
Bootsbuyonline.com and UGG aubootspayless.com...both these sites are fraudulent!!
I ordered from from one and minutes after ordering I emailed to cancel never received a reply on the email nor did I ever receive a confirmation email nor any tracking number.
I ordered from the other site only to find out after placing the order it was exactly the same as the previous one. Once again no email no confirmation...they took the money from the account. I tried to stop the payments but it was too late. I called my bank and am filing a claim against the sites and Im hoping to get the money back. When the money was taken out it only said post c technology was the company that took the money out of my account. This disgusts me.

Fake and fraud
My boyfriend wanted to surprise me and ordered a pair of ugg boots for we received an email but it was taking a while to receive the delivery for them. My boyfriend then told me that he had ordered them and I checked the email to learn that there was no helpline number which I thought was weird plus the email address was shop.owner@hotmail I immediatly got suspicious as I thought that's a weird email address sounds fake. we still haven't been sent out any boots and my boyfriend has had two transactions taken out his account but has been told he may be able to get a refund and they trying to find out who runs this website and get them arrested for fraud. Also when going to the bank to cancel his bank card the teller told us that we were the second people to go in that day about this situation I feel sick that people think they can rob us like that

no refund or exchange
The web site claims they are UK based company that offers a full 30 day money back guarentee. When the wrong boots arrived they had a Shanghi address and Chinese writting on the used box. They refused to give me a refund or exchange the boots for the correct order even though they admitt it was their mistake that I received the wrong ones. They keep insisting that I keep them and resell them myself. The boots were stuffed in a small tattered box not its origional packaging. Im out a lot of money for boots I did not want.

Did not deliver purchased product
I ordered a pair of women's UGG boots on December 5, 2009 and still have not received them. The company charged my credit card shortly after the order. I received one e-mail back in the middle of December that said the boots would be express shipped to me once they arrived from Australia. I have never been able to get anyone on the phone number listed on the website and they have not returned one of my calls from the messages I leave. My order number is 575.

Uggs not received
I ordered a pair of uggs before chrismas for my girlfriend, which never arrived. I tried to contact the website but was unable to process my complaint. The website has no other means of contact.

Fake Boots!
I recently purchased a pair of Ugg Nightfall Boots, or so I thought. When they arrived 6 days late I realised they were too small and also fake!! Now its my own pennie pinching fault for not buying genuine boots from a shop, but they use real Ugg pictures to advitise and the website looks real and ledgit! Now I have to send them back because they are too small but I think I'm just going to go for a full refund but am worried I'll never see the money again! I will let you know if I experience any more problems.
1st complaint-Fake Ugg Boots.
2nd complaint...

Not a full refund, fakes
I ordered Ugg boots online before Thanksgiving. The site looked legitimate. I received confirmation of my order after requesting it. I saw the charge on my credit card for the boots but hadn't heard a word from the company -- no email, no receipt, etc. They sent me the tracking info after I sent them a message and I learned the boots were coming from China. I couldn't tell from the website that they were coming from a different country. It said free shipping and it was a good price so I ordered them. When I got the boots the box was an actual Ugg box, but it was for a different size and style of what was actually in the box. They sent me the wrong size, different than what the box said, so I contacted them about shipping them back. There wasn't enough time to exchange before Christmas because they wouldn't ship me new boots without getting the other ones back (even though they had the tracking number and had to sign for delivery) so I had to return them. They told me I had to pay for that. I pointed out that the website said it would pay for exchanges and returns if it was their mistake so they finally said they would reimburse me after I shipped them back. It cost $45 to ship them back to China. It took over a week after they received the boots to get a credit for the actual cost of the boots. I still have yet to receive a refund for the shipping that they said they would pay for. I have contacted them three more times and they are not responding to me any more. In additional to all of this, the boots are fake Uggs. I took them to a store before I shipped them back to compare them. The fur on the inside is fake and is not real wool like Uggs are. They don't smell the same or feel the same, but they look really close. Don't pay that much money for fake Uggs, especially when you might get the wrong thing and you won't get your money back for shipping! The website has been changed since I placed my order and says that people are responsible for their own shipping to return boots. It is too expensive and isn't worth it!
