Ordered a pair of boots for my wife's birthday. Order was delivered and received in a timely manner. Boots didn't fit right so my wife wanted me to exchange. Requested exchange info from customer support and mailed to Canada as requested for $24. Boots received in Canada on 12/17/2008. Still have not received the boots requested in the exchange. If company is not going to accept exchanges should be stated up front. Requested a status update numerous times with no response. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as a number of National Consumer Advocates if not received in one more week. Uggboutique will receive national negative publicity and potentially a law suit based on fraud.

This site is a fraud, I ordered boots from here weeks ago and no product. None of the tracking codes are active and the PayPal seller code is some annonymouns email address. I am trying to get my money back from PayPal but I am not holding my breath.

The boots are the wrong size and there is no return address or information except in Chinese. The shipper, EMS is a fraud.

I placed an order on Nov 10th and have not received the boots, and sure I won't. I did receive an e-mail stating that it will take up to 14 days to receive my order and be patient (on November 28th). Since then, I have e-mailed them several times and the mail is returned and no such address. Of course there isn't a number to call. Definetley a scam!
I would like to take further action and pursue this, I am furious. What is the next step?

ordered boot nov.3 /08 still waiting. no email response, no phone.. just filed a complaint and stopped payment on credit company.. hope no spread the word.
