They are selling fake Uggs as real at retail prices. When confronted they said the best they could do was let me keep the boots for a 15% discount or send them back to China with tracking (over $30!) for a 70% refund. Obviously this was unacceptable so I filed a claim with my credit card company and was able to get a 100% refund (but I still had to ship the boots back to China at my expense).
