I get two pairs of Uggs, one ok, but the other just a ugly fake plastic shoes!! I'm writing mails since one week, and now they said to me that if I send the parcel back they will be fired and that they earn only 150$ per month and that the job is very important, ... they said that the shoes is real"skin"!! But I can recognize already from the strong smell, that it is plastic.
They give me an address in china to send the shoes back (Qu Yuting Street 606 room 4# xigeng AnzhiFang Putian City Fujian 351100 China ), but I'm sure that I will never have my money back.
I'm very angry and I would like to do something so that nobody will order the shoes anymore. But how?

I orderd a pair of ugg on ugg australia out let, and I've tryed to see when they would be mailed out to me so I went back to the site and put my e-mail address in and they're telling me no acccount is present. So then I've tryed to e-mail the company and no e-mail. I've checked my bank statement and ugg australia outlet is already taken my payment out. so what am I suppose to do now?

In the same boat as everyone who has purchased from ugg.gg. They have vanished into thin air, probably from all the complaints about their fake boots. Paypal will not help me either, which I find shocking because you go through paypal so they can protect you at time like this. I would have paid by my credit card as you can get help from credit card companies with problems like fraudulent websites. I have complained to trading standards I suggest alot of people do the same then hopefully we can all get some compensation. Does anyone know how to get a refund back against this company and paypal.

i purchased apair of classic ugg boots for the snowy weather and to my discrace afer waring my boots in the snow my feet andtoe nails turned black! This die stained appearence has mortifed me as i am unable to remove it without filing layers of my toe nails off!!! as i have paid quite an high price for these boots i have no choice but 2 keep waring them, which is having its huge affect on the colour of my toes and feet!!!
