I'm in serious legal trouble because of them!!!

On October 6, 2010, I made a purchase on ugg4all.com, an online store which I have yet to recieve (dicember 7, 2010), due to various problems. I first contacted them to report the delay, and then to report that the German Customs Department would not authorize the order to enter the country, to which them, on October 29, simply responded "Dear Customer. We are sorry, can you ask for they send back the package and we will give you a full refund when we get your package".

On November 12, they sent me an new email confirming the order would be re sent and that you were sorry for the inconveniences. You claimed the new order would arrive in 10 days or I would have my money back.

On November 26, I recieved a letter from a law firm that operates out of Brussels, informing me that I'm being sued "Our client cannot tolerate that their intellectual property rights are grossly infinged and they are filling appropriate criminal and/or civil actions against you" (nv Gevers and partners s.a Intellectual property House, Hollidaystraat 5. B 1831 Diegem, Brussels Belgium). Therefore, I request a response that will help solve the problems that they caused me, as well as the inmediate return of my money...of course i have no answer from them or my money back. Apparently the demand is also part of the scam, because they require the payment of 200 euros so not being sued. people just get scared and pay compensation of 200 euros. Fortunately my father is a lawyer so do not fell into the trap... but i´m still wating not being sued...you must be very careful when purchasing on this page, DO NOT DO IT!
