I ordered a set of UGGs boots for my daughter for Christmas, then canceled the order because they could not deliver in time for Christmas. They have not refunded my money. I'm out $116.00. I have sent 4 emails to them. There is no contact address, phone number, etc. (which should have been a big clue to me).
The company is a rip off and don't do business with them.
