Of course I knew that I would probably have some problems with this site. If it sounds too good to be true...

This is one of the discount sites from China that have sprung up selling UGG boots at a discount. I thought that they looked more legitimate than some of the others, so I order two pairs of UGGs, a tall classic and a short classic, both in the same size. When I got the boots, the soles of the short classic boot is half an in inch shorter than the other pair! And the sole of the boot is different from what is displayed on the website.

When I sent an e-mail to the company, they said that some lines of boots were smaller than others. I know this, but I pointed out that these were both from the classic line. If I send them back, I have to pay my shipping (I have no idea what it would cost to send something to China), their shipping, and a 15% restocking fee.

Just so you know what you are getting into!
