I purchased a pair of Ugg Boots for $89.00 on December 21, 2010. I did not get immediately charged, however 2 days later I went to the website to check on the status of my order and found the website had been taken down due to fraud. I had the email address from the website and sent a message and received a message back that my order was processed and the website was running fine. I was given a bogus tracking number and told to expect them in 7 to 10 days. I responded back to them that I purchased REAL UGG BOOTS per their website and that I should not be getting any products shipped from China. They never addressed that, however they finally gave me an authentic tracking number. I have emailed the following companines on my experience so far with this website: USPS, EMS in China, and Paypal (as this company is using Paypal's name in their website as a clearing house). I also filed a claim with my bank and noticed I had gotten 2 additional charges from other websites I have never been on. I had to cancel my card and have a new one reissued. I am tracking the package from China, however I will refuse upon delivery.

Hi! I have ordered Ugg boots on December 9, 2010 from Uggbootsell . My money for that order has been taken out on same day - no tracking numer for two weeks!!! I emailed them couple times but no response! I do not know what to do and if I ever will see the boots or my money back!!!
